Rust Never Sleeps

This week out and about I visited with a friend a scrap metal place.
Wow ! What a sight. Full of wonderful art pieces all waiting to be
embedded in wax ! The colours, the tones and the shapes. The guy in charged
was intrigued with our enthusiasm and allowed us to hunt for our treasures
among the bent and twisted rusty delights.

Hi the clutter is going down it is so pleasing to see the junk in the back of the car on it's way to the opp shop but still a way to go.
Here are three more small encaustics for you.

Much of my time this last week has been spent on a mid winter spring clean
trying to clear the clutter. I have however managed to have a little play with
some wax. I  called these Geocaustics. They are on very small test boards which I would like to redo  on a larger scale.

New
Sadly last week my mobile phone finally gave up the ghost.
It has done me well apparently it is twelve years old !
So it was decision time re replacement. Samsung v Apple?

However a decision has been made and I went for the Apple. I couldn't believe how much art time this has taken up. Now I am enjoying playing with it. I have been very surprised at the quality of photos it takes.
